On 3 and 4 October 2026, the Château de Bagatelle vibrated to the rhythm of Thai culture during the second edition of the "Tout à fait Thaï" festival. Nearly 18,000 visitors gathered throughout the weekend in this historic setting to celebrate the 170th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Thailand.
This edition was marked by the exceptional presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, who honored the Mansart Foundation and the festival with her visit during the inauguration ceremony and the traditional ribbon cutting.
Throughout the weekend, the estate was transformed into a true cultural bridge between France and Thailand. In the castle, the Thailand Tourist Board offered visitors free to make their own lucky charms out of false flower called Phuang Malai, decorate wooden magnets or make bags with scents from Thailand. In the main courtyard, visitors strolled between the many stalls dedicated to local gastronomy and crafts, while attending demonstrations of Muay-Thai, as well as traditional and contemporary dance and singing performances. At the Trianon, art crafts were in the spotlight with an exhibition dedicated to the secrets of manufacturing Thai textiles, artisans working embroidery or even porcelain painted before the amazed eyes of visitors. In the sub-terraces, demonstrations of Thai Nuad (Thai massages) were a great success with the public.
The Mansart Foundation extends its most sincere thanks to the Embassy of Thailand, the organizers and all the visitors who contributed to the outreach of this event at the Château de Bagatelle!
