The 20th edition of “Jardins, Jardin” at Villa Windsor

From May 28 to 31, Villa Windsor and its grounds hosted the Jardins, Jardin festival for the third time, marking its 20th edition.
Under bright sunshine, visitors and gardening professionals strolled through the Villa Windsor grounds, exploring the various pop-up gardens and craft stalls along an immersive and inspiring route that blended urban exploration, botanical innovation, and the search for new ways of living together.
The Mansart Foundation and its volunteers were delighted to invite the public to discover the restoration project of Villa Windsor. Through visits of the restoration work, more than four hundred people were able to (re)discover the history of this legendary site and its interiors, selected and designed by the Duchess of Windsor in the 1950s in collaboration with Maison Jansen. A promising preview of this museum project as we await the domain’s upcoming opening to the public following this major restoration campaign.
