On January 7, 2026 at 9am, in the show Les Grands dossiers de l'Histoire on Radio Classique, Franck Ferrand told the story of Madame de Maintenon’s grandfather, the famous poet Agrippa d'Aubigné.
During this broadcast, the journalist presented the life of Agrippa d'Aubigné (1552-1630), his commitment to the Protestants during the Wars of Religion, as well as his friendship with Henri de Navarre, until his conversion to Catholicism. The ensemble was punctuated by the reading, by Franck Ferrand, of excerpts from his famous collection of poems, Les Tragiques.
